In-person Supervision
Takes place at The Cabin, Pen-Y-Bryn Fourth Avenue, Hullbridge, SS5 6AZ. The first appointment provides the opportunity to meet in person, to discuss your supervision needs, how I work and to decide whether we would be a good fit.
Remote Supervision
On-line and telephone supervision provide an opportunity to explore the clinical processes in relation to you and your client in a confidential and supportive environment, at a time and in a place, which is convenient to you.
Online supervision offers certain benefits but there are also limitations that are worth bearing in mind when deciding which mode of supervision will best suit your needs.
Benefits
- Supervision from your own home at a time to suit you
- Secure encrypted software offers confidentiality and peace of mind
- Supervision at a time, place and pace to suit you
- Access to supervision may be more immediate
- Flexibility to make an informed choice of which medium would suit you, telephone or web cam.
Things to Consider
- If considering web cam, do you have access to a device allowing Teams?
- Do you feel comfortable using internet technology?
- Do you have a private and confidential space?
- Would you prefer to see your supervisor face-to-face?
